Overview of the Sponsor's Role and Responsibilities:

Chamber member's are given the opportunity to sponsor a monthly BWRT for $100 each month.  Sponsorship is an opportunity to promote your products and services to approximately fifty business women in the Charlottesville region at the Chamber Business Women's Round Table. The Sponsor is given 5-7 minutes of presentation time during the "Sponsor's Spotlight" at the beginning of our formal meeting, before the Speaker's presentation. If they wish, Sponsors may also bring and distribute promotional products or materials with their company name and logo.

The Sponsor should plan on arriving about 30 minutes early for setup and greeting of fellow members. The Sponsor also provides a simple "finger style" dessert, as well as napkins or plates, as needed. The Sponsor will have a table at which they can set up their dessert, along with business cards, products, promotional gifts, etc.

All Chamber BWRT members are welcome to sponsor a meeting, though they may only do so once per calendar year. Please note that Sponsorship is permitted only for current members of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Generally, Sponsors are encouraged not to be Speakers on the same day that they are sponsoring a meeting. Sponsors can request to be paired with a specific Speaker, however, any conflicts of interest between Speaker and Sponsor would be subject to the Speaker's first right of refusal.
