The 2014 Chamber Minority Business Conference will take place on September 16! This year's Keynote Speaker will be Gregory Fairchild, BS, MBA, PhD! The annual theme of our conference is Business Growth Through Connections. We believe this event serves as a catalyst in growing viable, sustainable businesses in the greater Charlottesville community. The conference will include a Morning Motivation session, Breakout Sessions, Speed Networking, an Elevator Pitch Competition, as well as great exhibitors!

Gregory Fairchild

Mr. Fairchild is the E. Thayer Bigelow Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Virginia's Darden SChool of Business. He serves as an academic director for Darden's Institute for Business in Society. He teaches strategic management, entrepreneurship, and ethics in Darden's MBA and Executive Education programs.
