WIFE OF HAITI AMBASSADOR TO U.S. TO SPEAK AT CHAMBER BUSINESS WOMEN’S ROUND TABLE MEETING, TOMORROW THURSDAY, MAY 20TH AT THE CAVALIER INN AT 12:30 PM

 

(Charlottesville, Virginia – May 19) The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Women’s Round Table (BWRT) meeting will take place TOMORROW, Thursday, May 20th at the Cavalier Inn beginning at 12:30PM.  Tomorrow’s Chamber BWRT meeting will feature a presentation by Dana Adams, “Mrs. Moneysaver” who appears weekly on CBS19, www.mrsmoneysaver.comThe meeting is being sponsored by Alison Rothschild Kulman, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

Making a special appearance at the Chamber BWRT meeting will be the Ms. Lola Poisson-Joseph, wife of the Ambassador of the Republic of Haiti to the United States.  Ms. Lola Poisson-Joseph was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and reared in Brooklyn, New York.   Ms. Poisson-Joseph is a graduate of Brooklyn College and holds two Master’s Degrees— one in Social Work from Hunter College and the other in Public Administration from New York University.  She is the founder of the Children and Families Global Development Fund.

 

The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Women's Round Table (BWRT) was founded in 2004 to offer professional women in our region opportunities for networking and professional development in a welcoming and collegial environment. Under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber BWRT hosts monthly “brown-bag lunch” meetings, open to all Chamber members, on the third Thursday of every month.
