Chamber Board Announces Departure of President & CEO

The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced the upcoming departure of President & CEO Natalie Masri.

Effective January 16, 2024, current Chairwoman of the Board, Rebecca Ivins, will transition to Interim President & CEO of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Sasha Tripp, current Vice Chairwoman of the Board, will also transition to serve as the Chairwoman of the Board in January.

“The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce will be operating business as usual as we look to select the next President & CEO,” said Chairwoman of the Board Rebecca Ivins. “Sasha and I look forward to working alongside our membership, professional chamber staff, and our Board of Directors to maintain the positive position of the Chamber.”

“I continue to believe wholeheartedly in the mission of the Chamber to advocate, convene, and engage to strengthen business in the greater Charlottesville Region,” said Natalie Masri.

The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee is currently working to form a search committee for the next President & CEO of the Chamber. Any interested parties should submit a resume and cover letter to sasha@storyhousere.com.
