The Chamber Champions Program is the most hands-on way to get engaged in the Charlottesville Chamber community and local business networking. Chamber Champions are trusted advocates, passionate connectors, and visible representatives of the Chamber's mission.

As a Chamber Champion, you'll leverage your influence through community presence, industry leadership, and online platforms to champion and support local businesses throughout the Charlottesville region. Whether you're welcoming new members, attending ribbon cuttings, or connecting businesses with opportunities, your active participation helps local businesses thrive and strengthens our entire business community.

Melissa Conley is a Business Development Officer and Commercial & Consumer Lender at First National Bank. She specializes in building long-term client relationships and matching businesses and individuals with financial solutions that meet their needs.

Lisa Jones is the Assistant Vice President for Virginia Credit Union and brings over 40 years of finance and banking experience to helping members achieve financial independence. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Karen J. Kehoe is a REALTOR and Associate Broker with over 44 years of experience serving Charlottesville and surrounding areas. A RE/MAX Hall of Fame inductee and 1993 CAAR Salesperson of the Year, she brings dedication and enthusiasm to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Karen also served as a Chamber Ambassador for several years.

Conan Owen is a marketing partner specializing in printing and graphics solutions for businesses in the Charlottesville area. He currently serves as Chair of the Minority Business Commission for the City of Charlottesville.
