The Charlottesville Chamber Rising Professionals connects young professionals and career transitioners through networking, community engagement, and professional development opportunities. Through monthly coffee gatherings, quarterly social events, and volunteer initiatives, Rising Professionals builds meaningful connections that help members grow their careers and strengthen the Charlottesville business community.
Coffee Networking is held on the 2nd Friday of each month. Regular meetings are free for Chamber members and $20 for non-members.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Days with the Charlottesville Chamber Rising Professionals bring members together through meaningful service and community impact. These hands-on opportunities support local families and nonprofit organizations while building connections with fellow professionals in a purpose-driven setting.

Rising Professionals Leadership Team
Executive Committee
Affinity groups are led by volunteer leadership committees and a Chamber liaison. To serve in a leadership capacity, you must be a current Chamber member in good standing.
