Nonmember Package – $575

This comprehensive package offers maximum visibility and a memorable experience for your ribbon-cutting event. It includes:

Giant Ceremonial Scissors: A visually impactful element for the official cutting.
Red Ribbon: The traditional color for ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
Commemorative Certificate: To commemorate your special occasion.
Marketing: Inclusion in the Chamber's newsletter and social media promotion.
Chamber Staff On-Site: To assist with event coordination and execution.
Banner on Chamber Homepage: A prominent banner advertisement on the Chamber's homepage for one (1) full week.
Invitations to City or County Elected Officials; Chamber VIPs: The Chamber will extend email invitations to relevant city or county elected officials and Chamber directors on your behalf.
Media Advisory: Sent to local media prior to the event

Premier Package – $125

This comprehensive package offers maximum visibility and a memorable experience for your ribbon-cutting event. It includes:

Standard Package – $75

This option provides the essential elements for a meaningful ribbon-cutting ceremony. It includes:

Medium-sized Gold Ceremonial Scissors: Elegant scissors for the official cutting.
Red Ribbon: The traditional color for ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
Marketing: Inclusion in the Chamber's calendar and newsletter leading up to the event, plus a social media promotion following the event.
Chamber Staff On-Site: To assist with event coordination and execution.
Commemorative Certificate: To commemorate your special occasion.
Invitations Sent to City or County Officials; Chamber VIPs: The Chamber will send email invitations to relevant city or county elected officials and Chamber directors on your behalf.
Media Advisory: sent to local media prior to the event

Basic Package – $0

General Guidelines for Ribbon Cutting Packages

Scheduling: Ribbon cuttings are scheduled based on staff availability and are typically held during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Please submit your request at least 2-3 weeks in advance to allow for adequate planning and promotion.
Photography/Videography: The Chamber will take photos and/or videos during the event to share following the ribbon cutting. If you share any of these on social media, we ask that you please tag the Chamber in your posts and credit the Chamber when using our photos!
Refreshments/Additional Amenities: The business/organization is responsible for providing any refreshments, decorations, signage or additional amenities beyond what is included in the chosen package.
