Chamber Champions

The Chamber Champions Program is the most hands-on way to get engaged in the Charlottesville Chamber community and local business networking. Chamber Champions are more than volunteers—they are trusted business leaders, well-connected professionals, and Chamber advocates. They leverage their influence through community presence, industry leadership, and online platforms to champion and support local businesses throughout the Charlottesville region.

Being a Chamber Champion means attending ribbon cuttings, welcoming new members, and connecting businesses with opportunities. Your active participation helps local businesses grow and strengthens our entire business community.

Be In-The-Know

Be among the first to receive information about ribbon cuttings, grand openings, and other events hosted by the Chamber and its members. This means prime networking opportunities and a chance to celebrate business milestones alongside key players in the community.

Connect with Members

As a Chamber Champion, you have the unique opportunity to spark member enthusiasm, inspire continued membership, and champion new member engagement.

Be Committed

Champions are expected to be committed to the mission areas of member engagement and support, new member development, mentoring, and event support. They’re also required to attend monthly meetings focused on organizational updates and opportunities for member and community engagement.
