  • A Project Rebound "Open for Business Safely" window cling to show your commitment to safety
  • Twenty triple-ply washable cotton face masks for your staff
  • Five antimicrobial pens
  • Voucher for up to 16 oz. free hand sanitizer provided by Cville BioHub

Who is eligible:

These toolkits are intended for businesses with public-facing operations such as restaurants, retail stores and personal care services, particularly minority-owned businesses and small businesses with 20 or fewer employees.

Other businesses are invited to pick up a Project Rebound branding kit (see below).

How to get one:

(1) Visit a pickup location (9am-3pm weekdays, while supplies last).

  • The HUB collab space – UVA Research Park Town Center Three (995 Research Park Boulevard, 22911)
  • Studio IX coworking space – in the JBird Supply café (969 2nd Street SE, 22902)
  • The Tax Ladies – in the foyer (2130 Berkmar Dr, 22901)

(2) When you arrive, text "reopen" to 71441. You'll receive a link to submit your business name.

(3) Bring a container (up to 16 oz.) to fill with hand sanitizer.

About this toolkit:

The Project Rebound reopening checklist is adapted from a checklist developed by ForwardRVA. The information contained is sourced primarily from the Forward Virginia blueprint, the National Retail Federation’s “Operation Open Doors Checklist” and the CDC.
